Major Achievements • Brokered 58 single-family rental assets for Tricon American Homes totaling over $5MM in 2014. • Developed foreclosure auction strategy and served as auction bidding specialist in Hillsborough and Pinellas County for Blue Mountain Homes, resulting in over $6MM worth of single-family asset purchases in 2015 and 2016.
