Attended CSU East Bay and graduated with high distinction (Magna Cum Laude/3.83 GPA), earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Currently working as a Federal Enforcement Officer (FEO) for the U.S. Marshals Service.
Duties: -Provide security and processing federal prisoners in the cellblock, courtroom, and during transportation. -Provide security and transportation of federal prisoners to and from medical facilities for appointments, hospitalizations, and emergencies. -Assist in securing and processing detainees by gathering direct intelligence on federal and state fugitives including but not limited to: mugshots, fingerprints, tattoos, residency, contact information, occupation, gang affiliation, and new information for further investigation. -Apply restraints and maintain a daily inventory of restraints. -Monitor detainees, distribute meals, handle prisoner’s property, and search detainees. -Provide security within the cellblock and courtrooms. -Search and secure cellblock before and after daily operations. -Assist in affecting arrests with DUSMs of wanted persons inside federal facilities. -Scan potential threats and alternate routes for convoy transportation. -Maintain and relay communication between multiple entities to maintain the integrity of the security element. Related Skills: Physically fit due to consistent training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu/MMA (mixed martial arts) and an expert in using necessary force to detain and/or escort people. Having much expertise in de-escalation and providing security from years of being in the Marines and being an expert in firearms from multiple combat deployments.
Duties: -Guarded entry points, checked guests’ identification and contraband, and determined if guests were intoxicated before entering the establishment. -Maintained and controlled walkways to ensure employees could walk and work efficiently. -Frequently checked facilities maintenance and cleanliness in restrooms and blind spots to ensure no accidents are made by guests. -Secured areas deemed hazardous, such as spills or broken glass from guests, and cleaned up hazardous material with other security personnel to ensure a safe environment. -Communicated and coordinated with other personnel about any hazardous material and threats to the building and assembled a team to clean or enforce bar policies. -Escorted or removed safely and securely any guests who were belligerent, rude, or drunk from the premises.

(combat deployments: Iraq (October 2016- April 2017), Afghanistan (April - October 2018) -Coordinated and delegated security patrols in four to six-man teams for compound reinforcements. (combat deployment: Afghanistan, April - October 2018) -Supervisor in logistical and maintenance of millions of excess of equipment.
