As a former Year Up Student, I have learned significant skills in business operations and using clear and concise communication. I am motivated and look forward to applying these skills in a business setting. Being able to speak English and Vietnamese will also help me in the workplace. Currently, I am an Associate Banker at Chase. I assist customers in processing their transactions and assist them with any questions or issues regarding their accounts. I am learning something new every day and aspire to increase my knowledge of finance. In my previous work at Matheson, I was responsible for coordinating with leads to ensure packages were processed and organized in a timely manner. I was recognized for my ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers to keep the warehouse operating efficiently. I have completed my associate of arts from South Seattle College and my certification in Business Operations and Project Management from Year Up and South Seattle College.
Material Handler at Matheson Flight Extenders. Responsible for processing and organizing packages for shipping. • Coordinated mail delivery to offload up to 2-4 flights daily consisting of 100,000lbs of parcels from contracted partners including FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and USPS ensuring all items are offloaded within 2-3 hours • Efficiently processed 200-300 packages hourly to ensure timely delivery of mail • Communicated with 15-20 co-workers and Managers to resolve issues and maintain safety
