Running my own private personal training business that operates in person, remotely, and virtually. Specialty is with development of the individual as a whole, creating the opportunity to move through life comfortably, while allowing for other opportunities such as strength or personal athletic developments to occur. The foundations that these are built on are based on coaching of proper movement patterns, along with development in stability, mobility and strength.
Providing scientifically backed training modalities that include but are not limited to strength and conditioning, endurance training, speed and agility training, mobility training, recovery modalities. Which includes instruction through the proper biomechanical movement of the human body in order to optimize the use of time. Allow for the client to achieve their desired goals and overall satisfaction with their exercise prescription
My responsibilities include, running members through fitness/wellness testing, instruction of equipment usage, running small group exercise, instruction of proper technique, explanation of exercise programs. Maintaining a clean, safe and member friend exercise environment.
To ensure the club runs through safe operations daily. Along with addressing member and employee concerns. Problem solving when situations may arise along with a strong communication line, to employees and employers alike.
Address Clients goals whether they be athletic, wellness or weight loss focused and apply scientific principles with effective recovery modalities to ensure an efficient route so that the client may receive they're desired outcome.
within this position, I run facility operations at multiple locations to ensure that they are as follows: running efficiently, clean, maintenance procedures are done, handling new member orientation and member complaints, and payroll/budgeting. This along with performing a training role at said facilities via personal training, small group training and group exercise classes.
Training athletes from young ages all the way up to college level. Providing the ability to optimize there body to achieve peak athletic performance in top running speed, plyometrics/agility training, and resistance training. Working with athletes from a 1 on 1 sessions into groups as large at ten.
