Dan recently retired from Terma, a Danish defense industry company. He spent the past three years supporting the US and Canadian Coast Guard and other Coastal Surveillance radar customers in North America. Dan has 40 years of Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) experience, to include 20 years as an Army Intelligence Officer, and eight years as a Senior Program Manager for Air Force manned and unmanned intelligence systems, to include the Predator/REAPER, Global Hawk, U-2, and JSTARS. He also served five years as the C2ISR Business Development Lead for Mercer University’s applied engineering research center, MERC. In this capacity, he led a year-long engineering evaluation of critical First Responder radio communications devices in support of the Department of Homeland Security, Directorate of Science and Technology (DHS S&T).
Responsible for managing service support of Terma radar systems installed at Wind Farms and US and Canadian Coastal Surveillance sites throughout the US and Canada.
Senior Program Manager in the C-130 SPO at Robins AFB. Lead contractor supporting the Propulsion Integrated Product Team with multiple engine modifications to C-130H aircraft and for the fielding of a Wind Gust Brake safety modification to C-130J aircraft.
