I help organizations figure out how to actually adopt AI - not just run pilots, but build the ecosystems, governance, and engineering practices that make it stick at scale. Over 12+ years I've worked across healthcare, transportation, IoT, insurance, and retail - spanning individual contributor, delivery leadership, and principal architecture roles. Today at Launch by NTT DATA, I focus on platform strategy and AI enablement: helping engineering organizations build the frameworks, tooling, and workflows they need to integrate AI into how they deliver software every day. Before AI became the center of gravity, I spent years leading platform modernization programs, growing global products, and coaching engineering organizations through transformation. That foundation shapes how I approach AI - not as a bolt-on, but as something that has to be woven into how teams think, build, and deliver. I care about making complex things work in practice, not just on slides.
- Building enterprise AI ecosystems and governance frameworks that give organizations a controlled, scalable path to adopt agentic tooling across engineering teams. - Designing and operationalizing AI integrations that connect agentic workflows with MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned models, enabling teams to move from proof-of-concept to production-grade AI capabilities - Championing spec-driven, agent-based development workflows that redefine how engineers collaborate with AI, driving adoption of pair programming and peer programming patterns powered by AI harnesses - Coaching engineering teams and leadership on building, scaling, and governing AI practices, from hands-on enablement sessions to strategic AI adoption roadmaps - Led architecture and product strategy for an IoT organization in the comfort and life safety space, defining the technical path forward for their platform and software offerings
- Leading platform strategy and architecture transformation for a healthcare organization, modernizing around FHIR standards, federated graph, and event-based ingestion to open up product capabilities and interoperability across teams - Worked with product, business, and UX leadership at a major insurance provider to build a strategy around AI, chatbots, and self-service capabilities. Developed domain maps, information flows, and reference architectures to guide the technical direction - Led a strategic initiative for a smart transportation client to consolidate legacy violation processing systems into a unified platform. Produced a comprehensive product and engineering roadmap and future-state reference architecture leveraging Cloud Native, Event-Driven Architecture, and AI/ML enablement
- Owned product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the revamp of a B2C rental car platform - Led Agile ceremonies, engineering roundtables, and architecture reviews across web and mobile teams - Contributed directly to development alongside engineers and stood up CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile
- Built prototypes for airline industry clients, focused on a revenue management system for rebooking - Led integration with Sabre SOAP services and built the API layer and frontend
- Led a senior project for the US Army Cadet Command, developing a personnel database and learning management system using Moodle, an open-source learning platform. - Converted business requirements into technical specifications and created documentation to support project execution.
