I’m a founder-operator who builds teams, systems and partnerships in the messy early-stage environments. At Komplott, I led a team of hungry entrepreneurs, defining the portfolio kill-or-go strategy. All through+40 strategic sessions that layed our team dynamics and execution - from GTM to HR - across a 7-people international team. I’ve worked across Spain, Germany, and South Korea, operating in multicultural environments and coordinating people, projects, and stakeholders across borders. As founder of Globalee (originally a Komplott pilot, now a growing social enterprise), I designed and delivered transformative learning journeys for 500+ students across 115 days of programs and camps, focused on leadership, empathy, teamwork, and systems thinking. I enjoy collaborating with founders, operators, and researchers working on ambitious problems in education, AI, human development, and neurotechnology. Especially interested in challenges related to owning ambiguous problems, building systems, partnerships and helping teams move faster. My role was to polinize, connect and catalyse performance across our team and our project portfolio, with adaptable leadership styles at the service of Komplott. Some stuff I did here: - Built uncertainty-operating systems for operating a portfolio of 0-to-1 projects (artifacts: v3 decision-making rubric, weekly cadence system) - Led collective identity processes to go from "group" to "team spirit" (artifacts: +150h of strategic sessions facilitated) Komplott is an innovative venture studio co-founded by 7 international entrepreneurs. We have launched +20 revenue-making innovation projects both for clients and for our company.

co-founded Bottarix to drive conscious impact through systemic changemaking education. december 2024- february 2025 | south korea - full design and execution of 3 leadership labs - 203 students directly impacted, +95% completion rate, avg. 9.4hrs of training x student - 5 institutions participated collaborations, and community engagement, shaping a next-gen approach to changemaking. goals: soft skills (teamwork, leadership, systems thinking, problem-solving) and inner purpose development, climate awareness, activating and supporting the changemaker spirit ages: varied from 6 to 21 depending on the specific lab (program) march 2025: - my role is currently focused on product development, community building and co-creation with user - focus on grassroot leaders of global south's marginalized communities ; stage: mvp 1, validating x2 new value propositions/products - meanwhile: 3 deals closed for new programs in south korean schools and institutions
Globalee is an innovative learning journey agency inside the project ecosystem of Komplott. It has brought many experiences, in which I have had a key role especially in: - Developing educational learning journey programs and school exchanges for different purposes, cultures and targets (School directors, secondary education students...) - Develop & execute complex services while managing multiple stakeholders (hosting school [teachers, parents and student needs] and travelling school [teachers, parents and student needs]) while aligning everything under our scope of educational values. - Building the project's network; building relationships with schools, travel agencies and other partners - Business model innovation and pivoting
