My name is Daniel Martinez, from Madrid (Spain), and I'm a Computer Science Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in technical and customer facing positions (Presales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture), both as a people manager and as an individual contributor. I currently work as the manager of the Solutions Architect team for Spain and Portugal at MongoDB, leading GenAI adoption across enterprises in Iberia, helping companies architect RAG pipelines and Agentic AI systems on MongoDB's AI-native platform. Before, I worked as a Senior Presales Consultant for hyper growth companies like UiPath, and previously I worked for several orgs, like Allot Communications, Optenet, Mapfre, Telefónica or Indra, developing different roles, from Software Engineer to Development Team Lead, among others.
