• Transfer of knowledge from Engineering to Operations department • Transfer of technical documentation into training courses and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Creation of training & certification concepts and courses, knowledge checks, and SOPs • Implementation of a digital Learning Management System (LMS) • Maintaining the LMS and ensuring its content is up-to-date • Execution of training sessions within own Team (Train-the-Trainer Workshops) • Crossfunctional work and alignment between different teams and departments
• Project management Cockpit Recruitment • Cross-functional work with different departments, such as Crew Capacity Planning, Crew Training & HR • Management, implementation, and further development of recruitment processes • Support of onboarding processes
