My career path has been in the world of small and large companies, from start-ups to international companies and combines a broad experience in business management. I bring a global and pragmatic approach to strategic development, while understanding high-level concepts as well as the capacity to drive changes and innovation in products, markets and organization to generate added value. The in-depth knowledge of organizations and the wide range of experience accumulated during my professional and military career give me a sound knowledge of strategic business units, both on a global and tactical level. 20 years of experience in consulting, information technologies, technological risk management and business operations, combined with 25 years of experience in the Swiss army (militia) make me a polyvalent and high skilled expert on planning and driving complex projects. My capability for critical thinking and sound reasoning, combined with a high decision-making capacity enables me to act with assurance and objectiveness, also in critical situations. My entrepreneurial attitude enables me to quickly identify the key issues and to develop strategies and solutions to achieve the objectives. In addition, my customer-oriented collaboration mode, associated with my strong communications and relational skills give to all my internal or external partners’ full satisfaction in terms of services, in a number of languages (French, English and German).
The Swiss Government Travel Centre is the competence centre for all matters relating to official business trips. The SGTC mainly caters to federal administration employees, but also to members of the Federal Council, members of Parliament, consultants, experts, institutions with strong links to the federal government and other people travelling on behalf of or at the expense of the Confederation.
