Responsible for electronic security as well as physical security for the District of Columbia government owned or leased buildings. Further, more detailed responsibilities include, but are never limited to; Troubleshooter of anything city wide Video retrieval of incidents city wide, creating divisional info board, division liaison for all of the department of parks and recreation, creating Officer and Civilian (Official Police) credentials, creating instructions on anything needed, converting and potentially training staff, creating various types of policies, Information Technology (IT) for the entire division, guiding access control team, consulting for/to other team members, sometimes the agency, research for the division, responsible for the electronic security systems fiscal budget, site security assessments with report write ups. Later to accompany a scope of work, government estimate, and customized floor plans which I create in house, sole operator and responsible for Plotter use, I wear a firefighter hat everyday. Everyday.
Pre/post bid estimating and engineering, sales and sales support, business development support, on and off site technical support.
Installation, Service and maintenance of all types of electronic security devices and systems. Lenel, Pelco, Amag, Keyscan, S2, Bosch/Radionics, DKS, innometriks, DMP, Axis, Sony, American Dynamics, GE, Panasonic. Factory trained on Lenel, Genetec, Pelco PCST, Dedicated Micros. Work with Sub-Contractors to ensure that projects are completed per specs.
Install, service, and maintain Lenel access control and video systems. Recieved Lenel factory training, as well as became Pelco PCST and Endura certified.
I assisted in the creation of the company. As well as creating the company's website and marketing materials like flyers and ads. Responsible for sales, account management, create/update/maintain remote administration for various sites, as well as service/install/maintenance of hardware and software throughout the DC metro area. Responsible for turn key projects from the ground up. From quote to sale, creating a bom to acquisition, and installation to maintenance. Install/Service/Maintain/Remote Administration of various manufacturers of ACS, CCTV, burglar and fire alarm and intercom systems; Lenel, GE, keyscan, Northern, Bosch/Radionics, Ademco, Pelco, American Dynamics, Intergral, etc.. Fluent in all of the aforementioned associated hardware and software.
