I effectively and efficiently manage my team of 132 to deliver to over 45,000 customers daily. Keeping the customer as key when making vital decisions to maintain quality whilst hitting the productivity targets. Along side this I also have to maintain the teams and the buildings health and Saftey plus with a fleet of 71 vans to keep compliant. I love the fast paced and unpredictable factor of the job that keeps me on my toes. I regularly cover the area managers job leading a team of 13 operations managers to achieve their goals
