Along side this I also have to maintain the teams and the buildings health and Saftey plus with a fleet of 71 vans to keep compliant. I love the fast paced and unpredictable factor of the job that keeps me on my toes. I regularly cover the area managers job leading a team of 13 operations managers to achieve their goals
