I’m a Technical Programme Leader with a strong track record of delivering complex healthcare and digital programmes across international markets. My experience includes leading the national Clinical Decision Support system for NHS 24 Scotland, improving service outcomes and supporting clinicians through evidence-based digital tools, as well as overseeing the development and regulatory registration of a Class A Software as a Medical Device in India to expand access to primary care. Earlier in my career, I led the global rollout of Advanced Clinical Decision Support for Oncology in China and designed and delivered an RPA solution for finance operations that significantly improved efficiency. I consistently bring clarity and momentum to complex environments by establishing strong governance, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, proactively managing risk, and ensuring programmes deliver measurable value for clinicians, organisations, and patients.

I lead strategic programmes within Elsevier’s Advanced Clinical Decision Solutions portfolio, delivering innovative digital health products that improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. My work focuses on guiding complex, cross-functional initiatives through the full software product life cycle, from concept and business case creation through design, build, validation, and market launch. I manage global teams across product, engineering, regulatory, and commercial functions, ensuring delivery is structured, compliant, and aligned with both organisational strategy and customer value. A core part of my role involves supporting international expansion and medical device registration, bringing new solutions to markets worldwide. Key highlights include: • Leading the national Clinical Decision Support system for NHS 24 Scotland, enhancing clinical efficiency and patient access through evidence-based tools. •Managing a project that is a government-backed initiative in India that introduced a digital primary-care decision support tool for community health workers (ASHAs). I oversaw product development and secured Class A Software Medical Device registration with the CDSCO, enabling nationwide deployment and improving access to care in underserved communities. • Delivering the Advanced Clinical Decision Support for Oncology rollout in China, coordinating across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. My focus is on creating clarity, building collaboration, and ensuring delivery excellence in highly regulated, global environments, turning strategic vision into tangible, measurable results.
The most significant achievement for me thus far has been the successful implementation of robotics process automation capabilities within the broader context of Elsevier. My focus was on establishing a Centre of Excellence dedicated to supporting the finance processes, which has added substantial value to the business. By introducing robotics process automation, I have revolutionised the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This achievement has had a profound impact on Elsevier as a whole, streamlining processes and reducing manual efforts. The establishment of the Centre of Excellence has further strengthened our ability to support finance processes, ensuring continuous improvement and driving excellence throughout the organisation. In addition to this, I also delivered a global change project by project managing the implementation of Chrome River, a SAAS solution that replaced Elsevier's Oracle iExpenses. This project had a significant impact on all employees who incur expenses at Elsevier. The success of this project can be attributed to effective stakeholder management and requirements engineering, which played a crucial role in its accomplishment. Tools: UiPath, Knime, Visio
