Receiving the information related to the location of the final random inspection and type of goods to be inspected by CS. Coordinate the time and date of the final inspection with the site representative. Inspect the goods presented by the site representative in accordance with the Inspection Package Guidelines from Clients such as Adidas, Chico’s, DC, PacSun, Skecher and sealing sample for Clients The following methods can be used such as visual inspection, witnessing of testing, review quality certificates or lab testing to verify the identity and quality of goods. Record findings on site and submit a final Inspection report within 24 hours of completion.
Executive seling activities in relation to specific. Guarantee the completion of al procedures that provides the customer with a clear product, training, implementation for the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solutions (In-Plant Printing Solutions, Fastener, Heat Transfer Label\HTL equipment instalation and Maintenance). Working with factory for introducing, seling the new product or innovation technology and complete the customer cal report or onsite visiting old customer. Manage relationships with key vendors/factories, provide consultation for key customers to meet their needs and improve compliance. Audit for security project report and checking. Meet the service level agreement; provide consulting / technical support to the customers which have factory located in Vietnam. Cooperate with the customer support team for the trouble shooting, work out for the appropriate resolution, and make sure the proper procedures for escalation. To provide sales support by facilitating the sales opportunity and conducting professional pre-sales visit / qualified customer services. Backup level support for other region if necessary. Work with other operational teams to ensure the colaborative teamwork.Second level support for the formatting and sampling, work on the instalation procedure (new and existing project).Ensure the equipment pre-testing done before shipping to customers.
Supporting to QA Manager in order to build up the quality management system such as making a SOP for Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and QA Department Conduct the inspection follow up customer's requirement/ standard and execute the internal Factory Audit. Based on Vietnamese Law and Customer's Requirement in order to conduct internal auditor related to policy at HR Department, HSE, security at Factory (C-TPAT, SCAN) Suggesting a CAP to improve and update process at factory after auditing by customer. Training to workers and staff about the new policy/ process monthly/ yearly or having any new updated from customer.
