As the Director of Operations for the Snacks Network, I am responsible for overseeing the production, distribution, and quality of over 100 snack products across 4 plants and warehouses. I am focused on improving team engagement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, while driving uncommon results and growth. I have successfully implemented value stream mapping, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives that have increased efficiency, reduced waste, and enhanced profitability. I am also passionate about developing and empowering the next generation of leaders in the snack industry.
Appointed by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service to serve on the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board, which governs the federally authorized MilkPEP checkoff program. Provide strategic oversight for national fluid milk promotion, marketing, and consumer education initiatives, supporting industry growth and demand across the U.S. dairy sector.
Serve on the IDFA Fluid Milk Board, an industry segment board within the International Dairy Foods Association that provides strategic, product-segment governance and expert insight for fluid milk policy, industry priorities, and association initiatives impacting the U.S. dairy manufacturing sector.
