- Champion MEU Philadelphia Innovation platforms to enable regional growth and to become globally relevant - Leading multiple complex & cross functional product/process development programs with highest priority - Collaborate with senior leaders to land key programs on time, in budget & to identify new opportunities to fill the Innovation funnel - Lead, coach and develop a multinational team with up to 10 direct reports - Execution of industrialization projects involving capital investments from up to $15 MM - Global R&D lead for the cost benchmarking of category manufacturing sites (Rapid Plant Operation Diagnostic Program in Cooperation with Boston Consulting Group)
