Managing and growing current customer base (Primaries / Mining / Metals / Power & Energy / Water, Waste Water / Food and Beverage) in line Endress+Hauser strategy of increasing penetration in Top and Regular accounts with Products, Services, Added Value Services and Solutions within Mpumalanga Bushveld complex and Eswatini. Account, Opportunity and Lead Management through Endress+Hauser C360. Preparing weekly call plans and reports. Building a customer organogram per account to include all relevant information within the account. Increasing account penetration and improve “Cross Selling Index” by means of selling Endress+Hauser complete range of products and basic services. Identifying and creating all opportunities for sales of added value services and solutions in C360. Identifying and reporting all projects in assigned account portfolio. Provide market and visit feedback using the call planning and reporting guidelines in C360. Continually refine the customer process in line with Endress+Hauser strategy. Development of new customers in line with our industry strategies. Competitor analysis in customer base including product range and strengths.
Selling of Factory Automation, Process Automation and Electrical Explosion Protection products to the End User customer segment (Mining, Power Generation, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Automotive). Major customers - Anglo American, Glencore, Sibanye, Eskom, Sasol, Petro SA, Pioneer Foods. Supporting the marketing and sales efforts into the DCS, EPC, OEM and Cabinet builder market segments. Achieving the predetermined sales targets and objectives within the defined sales region (Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Gauteng). Giving technical support and advice to clients and prospects concerning the product range. Searching for and visiting new clients. Giving product presentations and product trainings to clients. Preparing, presenting and follow-up quotations according to the internal guidelines with regard to price setting and conditions. Participation and organising fairs and conferences (Africa Automation, Electra Mining, SAIMC). Reporting and succession of opportunities in CRM (Siebel). Visit reporting in CRM (Siebel).
Testing and fault finding of RF, analogue and digital circuitry down to component level. Test and fault finding of Microwave assemblies (1-26GHz). Perform Acceptance Tests, Environmental Stress and Screening according to procedures. Generate Inspection Test Failures (ITFs) and NCRs where applicable.
Assistant to workshop manager. Repair, Calibration and Sales of AC/DC, RF, Telecommunication, Fibre Optics, Time and Frequency equipment. Provide technical support and literature where necessary to clients. Prepare and send quotations. Compile monthly budget reports. Compile quality documents for calibration (SANAS Audit, ISO 9001). Compile tender documents. PCB Re-work and design (Using software’s like PCAD, Eagle) Microcontroller Programming. Equipment software and firmware programming and update. Local and international spares ordering. Compilation and timeous updating of Repair job cards and Production documentation. Inputs to product material reviews boards.
