My role spans across all manufacturing sites worldwide governing: • Industrial & Production Engineering • Engineer-to-Order product strategies • Operational Excellence Working alongside a dedicated international team, we develop scalable processes, drive innovation, and ensure our operations meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality. A key focus is the harmonization of processes across all sites to create consistency and synergies. As Head of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) at ABB AG Process Automation Germany, I was responsible for the strategic leadership and operational implementation of the company-wide IMS. This encompassed the domains of quality management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, as well as data and information security. I directed and harmonized all activities related to: ISO 9001 – Quality Management ISO 14001 – Environmental Management DIN EN ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Data and Information Protection – aligned with internal and external compliance requirements My overarching objective was to drive continuous improvement, foster operational excellence, and elevate customer satisfaction. In this capacity, I held overarching responsibility for the IMS of ABB AG Process Automation business area in Germany (PADE), serving as Primus inter Pares within a matrixed leadership structure. These responsibilities were fulfilled in personal union with other strategic roles, reflecting a high degree of cross-functional integration and accountability.
