Fully bilingual in English and Spanish having spent my life between both countries. After 12 years in Contact Centre Management I decided to start a new career in Data Engineering. I have completed a Data Science Bootcamp, a Professional GCP Data Engineering Certificate and an IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate. I began in Spain as a Telephone Agent and I was awarded promotions to Coordinator and then to Supervisor. I have been responsible for small teams of 10-25 people and for large teams of over 150 members of staff in a multi-channel and in multi-lingual services. My best qualities are with people and also with Data, specifically with GCP, process automation, ETL solutions and dashboarding/reporting using Looker, PowerBi and Tableau.
