Over see the operations during the shipping season and repairs during the lay-up periods & over see the operational budget and winter repair budgets for 11 vessels with 3 Marine Superintendents that report to me. Also make plans and budgets for future long range CAPEX projects and coordinate the repairs with various shipyards.
