I am a talented, articulate and passionate engineer with a broad skill set and extensive experience in managing projects and teams, as well the design and development of products and components. I have an intuitive understanding of how equipment and structures function and a deep-set interest in engineering and manufacture, team building and project management. Driven to design and develop the best product, designed for cost effective manufacture, ease of assembly and excellent performance. Previous work has given me opportunity to tackle a broad range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as to work with specialist teams and to manage engineers and project demands, working both locally and across cultures building on each member’s ideas and knowledge. I enjoy teaching and guiding younger team members in gaining new skills and understanding as well as learning new things myself.
