▪ Led the implementation and global rollout of a new Management System across 40+ sites, ensuring compliance with internal and external norms and standards. ▪ Built and developed a Governance team to support Process Governance and Continuous Improvement. ▪ Defined and executed Process Governance strategy, including a Process Maturity Model and assessment methodology, plus execution, in alignment with Functional Leaders. ▪ Conducting Process Optimization Workshops globally and cross-functionally, introducing an Optimization Toolkit, Learning Material and developing functional Apps and Reporting to enhance Process Excellence. ▪ Operational support to all plants, including 3000+ employees trained and support for internal and external audits.
▪ Served as Global ME Lead, driving the integration of manufacturing and production processes in the Management System to ensure consistency and compliance across all sites. ▪ Designed and rollout the Product Evolution Process (PEP) for Manufacturing Engineering, integrating all business units and leading global trainings and workshops to align processes and harmonize tools. ▪ Developed ME Standards (Technical Specifications) Governance, creating templates and guidelines to enable process standardization and best practice. ▪ Development and management of the ME SharePoint platform ensuring usability and global collaboration.
▪ Responsible for planning, leading and executing the activities with production, technical, maintenance and quality departments. ▪ Preparation of status, milestones, financial reports and reporting the KPIs of the project to the steering committee. ▪ Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer. ▪ Main contact for suppliers, leading technical discussions, calculations and working out the quotations. ▪ Ensure compliance with PPAP and APQP quality process as well as EHS regulations.
