Arrange travel for all 75 employees for air, car, hotel, rail, and ground transportation, both Domestic and International Travel. Saved over $250,000 in travel expenses during tenure. Took existing company travel policy and revamped it to maximize travel savings and increase employee satisfaction and with utilization of travel technology. Monitor and analyze company travel expenditures and policy compliance. Responsible for all company related travel transactions. Develop, initiate and manage all travel vendor relationships and programs to secure discounted rates with those providers.
