Consistently growing, pursuing opportunity, and gaining experience.
In my role as Director of Neurodiversity Services, I lead the development and oversight of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities in our group homes and day programs. I focus on creating inclusive, person-centered services that reflect the strengths and needs of each individual we serve. I provide guidance and training to staff, collaborate closely with families and community partners, and advocate for systems that honor neurodiversity. My goal is to foster environments where everyone can thrive with dignity, independence, and belonging. Based in Arizona, I’m proud to help shape the future of our agency’s services.
