Manage the ALDER Capital Partners acquisition of StayOnline, a leading domestic supplier of power and network cabling solutions. Develop and execute turnaround StayOnline turnaround plan which included relocating the company from Creedmoor, NC to a state of the art production facility in Henderson, NC. Lead initiatives to reinvest in StayOnline's legacy team and rightsize the 35 year old companies operations to provide customers with the best and most diverse inventory of power cords in the United States.

As Erik Compton's manager, I work closely with Erik, his coach, caddie and agent to organize and facilitate all aspects of being a PGA Tour golfer. I coordinate all travel and lodging for Erik and his caddie in conjunction with his competition schedule, as well as Erik's travel to other public engagements. Along with Erik's agent, I guide Erik in following the guidelines of his sponsorship agreements and oversee his sponsor events and commitments. In conjunction with my work as Erik's public relations director, I cultivate, plan and arrange paid speaking engagements and other types of public events for Erik. As Erik Compton's public relations director I maintain and manage his message, website, fan mail and social media feed(s). I update and generate content with Erik and his sponsors as he travels on the PGA Tour. I also work closely with local and national media as the opportunities present themselves or Erik's on course performance merits.
I served as an independent consultant for a wide range of corporations and government agencies in a number of industries, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice, The LEGO Group, Finley Group and The Alder Group. I provided asset analysis, valuation and dissolution services on numerous engagements ranging from winding down a corporate tax entity to monetizing seized assets for financial crimes restitution. Much of my focus was on guiding clients through 363 sales and private translations of both investment grade and distressed entities. Additionally, I worked to produce Chapter 11 monthly operating reports and other bankruptcy-related analysis, including bank account audits, asset valuations, and business marketing plans.
