I’m a Senior Vice President and the North America Delivery Leader for our Water business focused on helping teams deliver complex infrastructure work with predictable outcomes: consistent execution, stronger quality, better margin discipline, and higher client confidence. I partner closely with regional leaders, major pursuits, and key accounts to ensure we build winning delivery strategies and then execute them. I’m also a practicing civil engineer and project leader, with experience delivering multi-disciplinary heavy civil and water resources programs—planning through construction—across dams, levees, floodwalls, pump stations, riverine/coastal infrastructure, navigable structures, and associated risk-informed studies. Lead North America Water delivery strategy and execution across regions, Delivery Centers, and PM/PTL technical community to improve productivity, speed, efficiency, and quality. Drive consistent adoption of delivery standards, QA/QC expectations, risk protocols, and PM framework compliance across the portfolio. Partner with regional and sector leadership on major pursuits and delivery/commercial strategy, including selection and readiness of project leadership teams. Advance delivery transformation through tighter integration of Delivery Centers and Global Delivery Center, enabling scalable capacity and repeatable workflows. Serve as executive delivery leader on critical projects/accounts; strengthen client confidence via structured feedback and proactive issue resolution. Lead multi-disciplinary delivery from planning through construction for dams, levees, floodwalls, pump stations, riverine/coastal infrastructure and navigation assets. Known for disciplined delivery execution: scope clarity, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and practical constructability. Experience includes heavy civil works infrastructure, dam safety evaluations, major modification studies, stability/seepage/internal erosion, geotechnical field programs, and construction-phase engineering.
