About

I’m a Senior Vice President and the North America Delivery Leader for our Water business focused on helping teams deliver complex infrastructure work with predictable outcomes: consistent execution, stronger quality, better margin discipline, and higher client confidence. Over the past several years I’ve led across the full business cycle—operations, delivery, risk management, resourcing, and growth—while staying anchored in a simple belief: doing the right thing is profitable when it’s backed by clear standards, strong accountability, and leaders who develop people. My leadership style is values-based and execution-oriented: set direction, remove barriers, build capable teams, and follow through. In my current role, I lead and align our Regional Delivery Leads, Delivery Centers (North America and Global), PM/PTL community, and technical delivery leadership to improve productivity, speed, and quality while scaling capacity across North America—including expanded integration of our Global Delivery Center to make “default delivery” real, not aspirational. I partner closely with regional leaders, major pursuits, and key accounts to ensure we build winning delivery strategies and then execute them. I’m also a practicing civil engineer and project leader, with experience delivering multi-disciplinary heavy civil and water resources programs—planning through construction—across dams, levees, floodwalls, pump stations, riverine/coastal infrastructure, navigable structures, and associated risk-informed studies. I enjoy the work most when the assignment requires clear thinking under pressure, disciplined decision-making, and teams that take pride in excellence. If you’re looking for a partner who brings strategic clarity, delivery rigor, and a steady hand in high-stakes infrastructure, I’m always open to connecting.
