Daniel operates Gardner Events & Consulting, a trade name of Ebon Hawk LLC, dedicated to developing and operating sports tournaments for Virginia college & university sport clubs. Daniel partnered with the Virginia Recreational Sports Association to host the inaugural Virginia State Club Soccer Tournament at Virginia Tech in spring 2019 and runs the tournament annually in the spring. Gardner Events & Consulting is open to new sports event opportunities, as well as opportunities to leverage Daniel's program evaluation experience and research background with an Ed.D. to provide program evaluation, research and assessment consulting services.
