    The role carried out was the Assistant site manager for 2 Major UK festivals, Latitude and Leeds Festivals. This was carried out on a freelance basis. The role has a number of responsibilities: - Marking and Citing structures and Infastructure - Management of key Contractors on site - Implementing Health and Safety standards across site in conjunction with the H&S team - Problem solving of issues on with the site during both build and live periods of show - Live Management of the site during the festival in conjunction with Event Control - Ensuring the successful build and operation of the site under guidance of the Festival Director and Senior Management. The festivals had capacities of 40,000 and 90,000 people retrospectively.

This role involves the following: - Contacting and forming relationships with potential clients - Compiling quotations for clients for a variety of events and event sizes - Management of brand operations for Arribar - Management of onsite event operations for numerous events - Post event analysis and development - Management of the development of Arribar and project management I will also be carrying out the venue manager role, and in the previous 2 years. In December 2016, I carried out the Venue and Operations Manager role at our Milton Keynes Venue, Entertaining over 1100 guests a night, with over 11,000 covers in the Christmas Period. I have also been designated the role of Production and Project Manager for our role in Glastonbury 2017.
