About

Passionate about diversity and inclusion, especially intersectionality of diversity and how organisations can harness this to improve outcomes. Having lived experience of disability, LGBTIQ+ identity and living in regional settings - has developed my empathy and emotional intelligence to best engage with diverse stakeholders and achieve the best results. I have delivered good practice diversity and inclusion within three large and complex organisations, having built strong communication skills to effectively influence senior leaders. I also have experience with building ownership of diversity and inclusion within the employee population, through creating and building relationships with staff diversity networks.
