As the successor of the original Fisker AT GmbH, we are focused on delivering this very special e-car to happy customers as well as keeping them satisfied. Part logistics Organizing inbound logistics, working with freight forwarders to get spare-parts for our cars. Managing our warehousing partner (ACS), through constant communication, project leading and further coordination. Overseeing stock-takes, Webshop projects, special requests of customers and Service Partners. Organizing, coordinating and controlling immense projects with overseas partner (American Lease) Vehicle logistics Fleet Management Finding routes and organizing collections and deliveries of Fisker Oceans. Service logistics Coordinating Graz Office regarding repair and service plans.
Successful management of daily handover operations, end-of-line quality controls and Finished Vehicle Distribution during the ramp-up period (with up to 200 cars/day). Building and managing strategic relationships with manufacturing partner (Magna Steyr) and over 10 logistics vendors (incl. communication on a daily basis with Frikus as a Releasing Agent). Supporting multi-million USD RFQs and contract negotiations with service providers incl. new market entry to Switzerland. Testing, development and optimization of new and already existing vehicle transport protections, incl. investigation to find zero point of frequent damages; body-cover tests and approval, TESA tape durability tests. Coordinating intra- and inter-company activities regarding internal quality control, intra-company transports and billings. Justifying and approval of service-related supplier invoices. Organizing spare-part distribution from warehouse to the costumer. (incl. search for possible partners and coordinating customs-related activities)
Planning and organizing outbound freights in cooperation with other departments (such as manufacturing and order management). Creating forecasts and operating freight management systems (e.g. SAP).
