Greater Boston
One of my favorite quotes comes from the legend herself Julia Child, "This is my invariable advice to people: Learn how to cook—try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun." Couldn't have put it better myself. I started my career when I was 15 at a golf course where I would sneak into the kitchen to help the cooks with their dishes, watch how they worked, and would pick the brain of the head chef at the time. To now working with some of the best and biggest restaurants, arenas, and hospitality groups in and around Boston. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry I bring a well rounded knowledge to any business I work with. Helping to drive sales, understand trends, and bring fresh new ideas to the table while upholding a high professional standard and high customer service standards as well.
