Daniel Delgado is a Miami native and luxury real estate advisor with a deep understanding of the South Florida market. A Florida State University graduate, he built his career working alongside top-producing teams and advising clients across luxury resales and new development. Daniel specializes in advising sellers and developers, as well as working with both domestic and international buyers to identify unique resale and pre-construction opportunities. He brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every transaction, with a strong focus on pricing, positioning, and execution. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he works with a global clientele who value discretion, clarity, and informed guidance. Based out of Douglas Elliman’s Coral Gables office, Daniel also lives in Coral Gables and remains closely connected to the local community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending his weekends at the Key Biscayne Yacht Club and playing tennis at the Biltmore.
