Provided and contributed with different types of software solutions for flight test research projects as part of the Flight Test and Certification department. Lead Ground Control Station engineer, as part of the SCALAiR and NOVAIR projects under the Clean Sky 2 flag, where I had the opportunity to integrate communication systems, pilot and monitoring engineer interfaces and controls, develop an integrated simulation environment, calibrate and adjust autopilot performance, monitor in-flight connection and systems health, and manage data log acquisition, collaborating with the project pilots and various external partners along the way.
Collaborated with the Instituto Superior Técnico and the NLR as a full-time intern to develop my master thesis within a corporate environment
Provided UAV flight control and autopilot support for off-the-shelf products as an intern
