Built out and modernized entire growth team, from performance/acquisition, to lifecycle, and growth product pod. Created not only the framework and roadmap for growth + marketing efforts, but also built the instrumentation, attribution, and reporting infrastructure to deploy and measure company spend, conversion, and retention metrics.
Created the first growth function at Dashlane from zero people, and built to over 20, comprised of front and back end devs, CRM, data, B2C performance marketing, B2B demand generation, and project management. The growth and acquisition (B2C paid and B2B demand gen) teams are responsible for the efficient acquisition of traffic and leads, funnel optimization, site and CRM lifecycle work, as well the underlying reporting and data stories that empower us to make data-driven decisions.
Built out a team responsible for being the center of data and digital product excellence in a nascent startup environment. Brought analytical and acquisition proficiency to a marketing and sales team that previously relied on agency partners and scaled team from zero to seven in a year as well as bringing in millions in incremental revenue.
Joined as the first growth member of the marketing team, and one of first 50 employees, where I reported directly to CFO and CEO.
