About

I’m a postgraduate MSc Physiotherapy student with a strong foundation in Sports and Exercise Science, passionate about helping people move better, perform stronger, and stay injury-free. With a background in personal training and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, I take a practical, evidence-based approach to health and performance. I’m particularly interested in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Not just getting people back to their baseline but exceeding it. Alongside my studies, I’ve developed research experience through performance analysis in elite sport, including a project examining the effectiveness of scrum penalties during the 2023 Rugby World Cup using video analysis software.
