San Francisco Bay Area
I’m a retired insurance professional with a new mission: to serve, teach, and advocate for those who are often overlooked. After a successful career in the Bay Area, I returned to school and earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Today, I apply that knowledge through hands-on volunteer work with underserved communities—whether it’s supporting unhoused neighbors through St. Vincent de Paul or leading Free To Succeed, an educational nonprofit focused on empowering incarcerated individuals through learning and mentorship. This chapter of my life is rooted in purpose: sharing wisdom, standing for social justice, and living out the Jesuit values that have long guided me. I’m committed to being present—for my family, my community, and the work that matters most. In between, you’ll find me on a hiking trail, cycling a back road, or exploring the world with curiosity and gratitude.
