I got assigned this position through Longcourt House Hotel as they provided a catering service to the Newcastle West Golf Course Restaurant. In these two months I experienced the responsibility of a Chef de Partie and enjoyed the work. However, a job opportunity opened up much closer to where I live and ultimately continued to grow my career.
