I have an extensive work history and skills related to residential and commercial windows and glass, including fabrication, manufacturing and installation. I have also worked in the capacity of Distribution Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager and Plant Manager. More recently I have worked as a Customer Service and Quality Manager in this same trade. As a Project Manager I have worked on a number of large commercial projects providing interior and custom decorative glass products. I have enjoyed building teams and working together to achieve results.
Developed and maintained project scheduling processes for alignment of schedules with builders and trades, sequencing material orders, coordinating on-site deliveries, installation and invoicing. Created organizational processes for tracking change orders from initiation through completion and billing.
