Project management is my main skill, experienced with 10 years of telecommunication project management in international environment. I am used to manage the project from offer to delivery, managing unexpected changes along the project life cycle. I am used to deliver the project, teaming with internal and external resources around the world with one goal : success of the project. My search for new challenge : develop my experience of project management in any new business environment.
I have been managing telecommunication projects for 10 years, working with multinational companies, involving delivery of the project in various countries around the world. I am used to manage the project in teaming model with internal resources and subcontractors around the world in order to deliver according to project goals and success. As portfolio manager I had to support several project managers in their projects and prioritize when necessary actions and resources according to enterprise strategic goals.
My objective was to develop the business with Business Partners by setting up "Readiness programs" to help these Business Partners acquiring appropriate skill related to new technologies. My main domain of action has been on VoIP readiness program.
Within the launching of the program of developing PBX business in USA , I have been in charge of setting up and developing a service team including TAC and Field Services (25 engineers).
I have been in charge of setting up a Support team for Alcatel Data Network products, including a TAC team and field team in charge of deploying equipment and networks around the world.
I was in charge of setting up an X25 network in Egypt, then setting up and managing the operation team.
