My first experience as a courier was at Sc FAN Courier Express Srl at the age of 18,as I've finished highschool they were the only one who hired me as a rookie. There I was able to grow as a person, find new abilities that i didn't know about/wasn't sure about , learned how to manage my time, how to be responsible with the money I collected by each package delivered , learn how to be a more calculated person. After 3 years , my assistant asked me if I'm willing to travel outside the city, I said yes , I've been gone in Craiova at first, then Slatina, afterwards Sibiu and in the end in Cluj-Napoca. Here, I stayed hired at FAN for another 7 months, after that I got a job to a subcontractor at Sameday Delivery Solutions. At Sameday, a short time after my employment(about 3-4 months) I was able to become the subcontractor team leader. I learned for almost 4 years to manage a team of 15 couriers and 3 handlers. For the past 3 and a half years , my team was able to outstand in the warehouse by having very good results in the busy periods like Easter, Christmas and the most busy one, Black Friday. After all my experience as a courier and a team leader in the delivery department, I've learned how to manage my team , how to listen to all their problems and to solve what was related to my attributions and more importantly how to make myself heard. I take my job seriously, I'm a person who has a lot to give but also a lot to learn, open-minded , calm , thinking outside the box. So that's my essay about me :).
M-am angajat la Sameday , unde experienta mea per total a fost una buna, reusind dupa 3-4 luni de zile sa devin sef de echipa si reusind totodata timp de 3 ani de zile sa gestionez echipa sa putem eficientiza volumul de marfa pentru a satisface nevoia clientilor.
Am activat in aceasta companie din anul 2016 pana in anul 2020 ca si curier , acumuland experienta in distribuirea expeditiilor. Am fost de acord sa plec in deplasare, in anii lucrati am fost in Craiova, Slatina,Sibiu respectiv Cluj-Napoca.
