With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, I began my career at Romans in 2005 and progressed through the ranks from Sales Advisor to Regional Director. During this time, I worked closely with many of the Group’s top-performing residential sales offices playing a key role in driving growth, performance, and team development. In 2025, I was appointed Managing Director with responsibility for the Chancellors sales business following its acquisition by LRG, further expanding my remit within the Group. This followed my appointment to oversee the Portico sales business in 2024 and built on my existing leadership of the Gibbs Gillespie network, a role I assumed in 2021 after its acquisition. Together, these three well-established brands now represent a significant share of LRG’s residential sales footprint across London and the Home Counties—an operation I’m proud to lead. I am a driven and focused leader who recognises that performance is built on the foundation of the right working culture. I am deeply committed to developing the potential of my teams—supporting individuals to grow their careers, maximise job satisfaction, and consistently deliver exceptional results. As LRG has continued to grow, I have also played a key role in launching new offices and successfully integrating multiple business acquisitions of varying size and complexity. This aspect of my role has become increasingly prominent as the Group continues to expand its national footprint and service offerings.
