We invest in successful mid-market companies, principally in North America, across a wide array of industries. As the CFO, I lead the finance team which is responsible for all corporate and LP fund reporting, tax, banking and treasury operations. In addition, I manage the administration team. Together we support the investment team regarding capital and LP investor management, tax structuring and maintenance, foreign exchange and risk management, as well as in-house corporate and administrative matters.
