Industrial Intermediates & Infrastructure (II&I) - Distribution & Demand Planner for multiple products in polyurethane business. Responsible to manage import from North America/ Middle East/ Europe, and the sales & consumption in APAC area to ensure inventory turnover efficiency. - Production Planner for a Propylene Oxide asset in Thailand. Work closely with site production engineer to set-up daily production schedule. Communicate with downstream product planners & downstream plants' planners to secure site operation efficiency. - Initiate S&OP meeting with commercial teams of each APAC country to promote transparent communication regarding supply condition, regional sales, logistic issues etc,. - Worked closely with Dow logistic team to ensure the regional logistic capacity match the demand of business material flow. Also worked with Dow marine planner to manage Time Charter's export schedule. - Review improvement opportunities in supply network, provide related analysis and organize communication between key stakeholders to implement improvement projects.
