Based in Switzerland and in charge of Merchandise Planning, Buying, Allocation and Inventory Management for the whole Group, managing the teams in US, EU and ASIA for all the channels (Retail, E-commerce, Factory, Wholesale). Achieved an inventory optimization of 22 WOS from 28 and operating margin expansion (from 5.6% FY20 to 12% FY22) while maximizing turnover opportunity. Planning and Allocation/Replenishment systems upgrade and AI/ML implementation. Full digitalization of the area improving inventory visibility, availability and productivity. Strong interaction with Supply Chain and Sourcing departments to ensure optimal arrival of product (production planning), as well as with Logistics (shipments) and Finance (SOX compliance – reporting).
