With nearly two decades of experience in medical imaging, I currently lead the Product Lifecycle Management organization at IBA Dosimetry. My role involves overseeing product management and R&D teams across Germany and the United States, driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a global medical imaging portfolio. My focus lies in aligning innovation with regulatory requirements, managing complex product portfolios, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. With expertise in business development and product management, I am committed to ensuring the long-term relevance and success of products in highly regulated markets.
Leading the Medical Imaging PLM organization, including Product Management and R&D teams across Germany and the United States. Driving the strategy, development and lifecycle management of IBA Dosimetry global Medical Imaging portfolio in close collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations and Regulatory Affairs.
Leading sales activities across EMEA for the Medical Imaging portfolio, with full responsibility for revenue growth, key accounts and strategic customer relationships. Supporting commercial activities beyond EMEA, including selected customer and partner engagements in America and Asia, ensuring alignment with global sales strategies and regional market requirements. Working closely with Product Management, R&D and Service to translate clinical and technical requirements into commercially successful solutions in diverse, highly regulated markets.
Serving as Chairman of the Board of the German Association of Radiological Technology (Fachverband Röntgentechnik in Deutschland e.V.), providing strategic leadership and governance for a professional organization representing radiological technology experts across Germany. Shaping the association’s strategic direction, fostering collaboration between clinical practice, industry and education, and representing the interests of the profession at national level.
