In charge of the organization of information (rent, loan, interest, expenses, wires, etc) in the data base to prepare the monthly snapshot for the investor. Responsible for updating the balances of the real estate projects, reconciliation of accounts and presentation of the weekly sales report. Achievement: ▪︎Creation of macro to reconcile the movements of the accounts of the different banks (BCP, IBK, BBVA and SBK) to add the reconciliation accounting code automatically.
In charge of the work payroll/vendors payments and creation of surety letters. Upload flat files to bank, realization of the conciliation for company accounts. Payments of withholding vouchers and detractions Achievement: ▪︎Creation of a macro in excel that adds automatically the conciliation code according to the amount and the description in the conciliation process reducing by 70% the time it took previously. ▪︎Creation a Dashboard in excel that unifies the historic income for project and team in one document, facilitating the obtainment of the data for the monthly presentacion in the general committee's meeting.
In charge of Lodge building Achive: ▪︎Part of the proyect "coffee session" to bring free organic coffee during the day, improving the guest's stay. ▪︎Successfully passed the test to graduate as a lifeguard - USLA (United States Lifesaving Association)
