Lead logistics planning for a 17,000+ Soldier organization, ensuring long-term sustainment and operational readiness. Develop and coordinate logistics plans for mobilization, deployment, and sustainment operations across the division. Collaborate with interagency partners for domestic response missions and enhance readiness through training, exercises, and resource management. Provide senior leaders with strategic logistics expertise to support mission success in both combat and peacetime operations.

Assisted the Director of Logistics for a 1300+ multi-functional military logistics organization.
Responsible for distribution operations during an off shift in a 1 million square foot facility with 87 dock doors. Managing 45 employees including salaried employees, hourly employees, temporary employees, and subordinate leaders. Responsible for leading an 8 member all volunteer team working on a long term project to implement a culture change in a 1.1 million square foot facility using education & training methodology.

Planned daily logistics such as customer pick-up and return, vehicle selection, and delivery. Coordinated with other branches to meets customer needs.
