Duties: - Responsible to organized and plan the team work up to 15 members depending on the daily production needs. - Be able to identify any production error by adjusting and fixing systems for better performance. - Establish goals and objectives and monitor them in order to reach the common and personal targets. - Stock Controller: tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases. - Familiar with supply chain procedures, interacting with vendors, clients and internal teams in order to make sure that the material requireds are provided on time are part of my weekly job. - Prepare the devices for the different product models. - Review any production issue with the managers in order to avoid these mistakes to succeed in performance. - Evaluate the team performance by providing construtive feedback to the team members. - Coach and guide new starters and team members on any new proccess or changes that might affect to the production flow. - Identify hazardous conditions and either correct them immediately or report them for corrective action. - Make sure staff members are fully trained in health and safety policies and procedures are met.
Duties: - Monitor the machines, raising any issues to the management. - Control and adjust machine settings, such as the speed. - Learn the different and any new production processes always with a possitive actitude. - Operate machinery, feeding products it to the production line.
