As scouting manager I am responsible for: - working with our partners to facilitate landscaping sessions to identify challenges and presenting technology solutions to them. - building and delivering new scouting strategies in order to bring efficiency and autonomy to the team. - establishing positive connections across the ecosystem and managing various accounts
• Identify globally startups for corporate innovation programmes (Insurtech, Fintech, Energytech) • Scoring and presenting startups in the front of senior management • Consulting startups in Labs (pitch deck, presentation skills, strategy) • Building relationships in the startup ecosystem (strategic partnerships) • Attending international startup events (UK, ESP, Tel Aviv, Berlin, CH)

• Co-consulting with enterprises from Switzerland wishing to export to UK & I and to develop their market presence in the UK (Partner Search, Market Studies, Market Entry Strategies, Delegation Trips) • Evolving market entry strategies for SMEs
• Assisting Head of Consulting (KPI planning & evaluation, developing corporate strategies, relationship management) • Project lead for: sourcing mandates, B2B partnering for an incoming delegation, educational trips • Organising events (Africa Round Table >100 participants) • Designing & conducting workshops (Chamber of Commerce in Morocco) • Conducting scientific market research studies with Euromonitor.com
