Provide expert-level technical support to SONOS customers via phone, assisting with a wide range of product and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems to ensure a positive user experience with SONOS smart audio systems. Common tasks include: • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to SONOS device functionality, setup, and integration. • Identifying and addressing network problems such as dual DHCP, unsupported routers, or inconsistent Wi-Fi coverage that impact product performance. • Guiding customers through advanced troubleshooting steps, including device resets, reconfigurations, and firmware updates. • Documenting technical cases accurately and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary. • Delivering excellent customer service while simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
